DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
They may advertise cheap prices, but a quick trawl through these review web sites shows they routinely fail to deliver goods but always take your money.
I ordered a Vision Master 1451 19inch CRT Monitor on the 20th January 2006. The payment for the monitor was taken off of my credit card the same day. I received an email saying the order had been processed on the 23rd.
I then heard nothing until the 30th January when I received an email saying:

Our records show that we have not had back a response to the email sent below.
Unfortunately the Vision Master 1451 19inch CRT Monitor (LS902UTG)
Ordered has been discontinued.
1. Would you like us to find an alternative item?
2. Refund you for this item?
3. Refund the whole order?

I had had no previous email. I requested a full refund and sourced a monitor from another company.
Three days later I am using the new monitor, but have had no reply from EPCBuyer and, of course, no refund of my money.

The above is a litle cut and paste of my first (and last) order from this company. As you can see, despite paying out £81.62 in August last year I have still not recieved any goods. Maybe that's because the company hasn't even bothered to process my order. No amoout of phone calls will get you through to this shabby excuse for a company when you have to (and you will if you dare order from them) try and contact them with a query about your order. Please please please please do not use this company under any circumstances. Even if the goods will cost that little bit more from another online store then buy from them and not from this lot. :(
