Pathetic once I had used their great website to place my order things went down hill rapidly. This company has no idea of customer service. They ignore emails unless you threaten to cancel your order. My order took 23 days to arrive. If you ring up you get an automated service followed by 'the operator is unavailable' and you are disconnected - every time. My advice would be to steer well clear.

Poor delivery times. Poor customer service. There's no customer service number to ring.
I'd try anywhere else to be honest.

Utter PANTS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you like good customer service, reliable delivery and co-operation from staff when they screw up!!!
They screwed my order up, never even received it. 2 Months later still trying to get a refund!!
