Flightatchers - NIGHTMARE!
NEVER BOOK WITH THIS AGENT!!! Even if the flights are £200 cheaper - not worth the headache! trust me!!NO customer service whatsoever! Had our flight changed 3 times – each time agent confims and when we called back to see why our card hadn’t been charged and the tickets weren’t emailed they said the flight was overbooked by the airline so we needed a new flight! Then when they finally confirmed the flight they email us with the subject “E-tickets” but no ticket number!

I had initial issues on the website to find the best fares advertised , I called the Flightcatchers.com call centre and who were very pleasant and found me a really good price for my family holiday to Dubai
