Customer Service We had problems getting our laptop on line we made a phone call and said he'd get us on and told us to unplug this wire ..........BBBRRRR.......... line went dead - what a load of rubbish!! then to top it all off my modem to the computer would not work - after 15 calls at 50p per min! - they sent me set up CD guess what it didn't work! There customer service are absolutely useless. If you go with these make sure you know the in's & out's of computer becuase they won't help you!!

Orange - the future is not so bright Been with Freeserve/Wanadoo/Orange for several years, now too pricey compared to the oposition. Deals only available if you subscribe to Orange Mobile (yes) OVER £35p/month (no). Customer Service abysmal, average 12 minutes on hold, waited 3 months and spent £'s on phone calls to get them to refund a payment taken in error.

phoned wanadoo to have broadband supplied but cancelled within cooling off period. Was told everything ok and to return modem (which hadnt arrived anyway) did arrive 6 days later. Took 17.99 out of my bank account which i have been promised back on 3 occasions since 25th april. Last but one phone call would e mail me 5th 0r 6th may to confirm refund..nothing again phoned again yesterday would confirm again still nothing.. sick and tired of phoning and waiting for my money.....

impossible to install. The recommended installer Microteck would not return after the initial visit,despite paying £69.99. I would suggest you do not use them. Wanadoo helpline is useless, they read off a script. You feel all they want to do is keep you on the line to earn more money. I cancelled the direct debit, and wrote to wanaddo's MD. Reply by letter from customer service. Why couldn't they pick up the telephone? So far the service is terrible. Posssibly use BT and cut out the middle man as they always blame the line.

wanapoo waste of time couldnt wait to get out of contract,absalutely useless at sorting problems and still didnt manage it,wasted thirty odd pounds phoneing thier tecnical dept.wanapoo.
