Worse than AOL's dial-up Moved to Freeserve dial-up having had no end of problems with AOL's dial-up service - too many to mention here. Result? magic. Everything worked like a dream, easy connections and hardly any disconnections. I was so impressed with this service I upgraded to their broadband, miles better and so much faster. Wanadoo followed and now Orange is in charge. Result? Awful. Frequent disconnects, difficulty connecting, slow speeds and utter frustration. There is no Customer Service to speak of, the best offered is their Technical Service section - a call centre in the Indian sub-continent @ 50p per minute. This really is not good enough, there should be someone willing to assist at normal phone rates. It would be even better if e-mails were answered. Do not know why this service has gone down-hill so rapidly, seems Orange have taken on rather more than they can manage or maybe they are pushing wireless or their "free" broadband and those not interested in these "advances" are left out in the cold. I am now looking into moving to another ISP.

Appalling Service Orange must have the worst customer service of any big Broadband operator. None of the customer service advisers have any idea; they just follow the script. We had no Broadband for three weeks and all they could suggest was "Testing the line", which they did three times. Each time they said the test was "inconclusive". We swapped providers and our Broadband returned immediately showing the problem must have been with Orange and not a fault on the line.

Absolutely Useless! I have just had a problem with Orange Broadband. Customer Service is totally useless. They have no idea. They couldn't help in spite of several long phone calls on their premium line at my expense. It turned out the problem was at their end but they had no idea what to do. I will NEVER use Orange services again.

I have received FREE Wireless Orange Broadband by having an Orange Mobile Phone. I needed to call customer services to help me with usernames etc and on every occasion they were able to answer my questions. By using Orange for my mobile and broadband i have been able to save money on both my phone and internet use.

Very disappointing. Broadband wireless package doesn't work and I am forced to pay Orange 2 hours of waiting 'phone calls, without actually getting to talk to an advisor. When I do on two further occasions they send the incorrect information after another 90 mins of calls. A rip off. Go somewhere more ethical!
